5. Digital Products & Services

For digital products, the right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of performance (e.g., download or access), provided you have expressly agreed to this. Services (e.g., coaching) can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. After that, the full amount is due.
